Daniel Island real Estate and specifically Daniel Island Park better known as “The Park” side which is very interestingly funny considering there are 8 different “parks” on the other side of the island: Center Park, Barfield Park, Smythe Park, Pierce Park, Codner’s Ferry Park, Cochran Park, Etiwan Park, and soon to be Edgefield Park which most of are just different sections of Daniel Island real estate. The east side of the island where those neighborhoods are will be where the most reasonably priced homes will offer prospective buyers less pricey options. Closest to the schools (and the parks in which kids play) on Daniel Island, these neighborhoods would likely be the best option for those with children as the convenience of dropping them off and picking them up would appeal to parents.
