Properties for sale in Coosaw Creek go anywhere average $400,000 and with such a large community there is usually at least 35 homes on the market at any given time. If purchasing real estate in Coosaw Creek in North Charleston it is required one must have a country club membership to be a homeowner in the this golf course neighborhood.
