At the fire pit, walk down 52 steps using wooden handrail. If your guests cannot manage the steps, then they can walk down onto the community dock and you can pick them up by boat there. If you purchase the home, you can put in your own golf cart path or tram/elevator from the fire pit area down to the dock.
