Houses for sale in Shell Point are located just off rifle range rd and are a development comprised primarily of custom homes, with a few semi-custom homes scattered throughout. As a resident agent who has lived in the community since 2006 I am very familiar with all that goes on in the neighborhood. The community has 146 home sites, Development started in the early 2000’s Some of the features that make Shell Point one of the favorites of Mt Pleasant are its location, mature trees, very large pond in the center of the neighborhood, very close to new elementary school, and no homes are allowed to have vinyl siding. There are CCRs that owners have to abide by, if you want to visit the Shellpoint HOA website. The fees for the community beauty upkeep are only $250 per year, as there are no formal amenities.Â
