Magnolia Village was a Beazer community in Mount Pleasant that offered 6 total floor plans starting 1800 – 3100+/- sq ft.  Lot sizes are larger than most in Mt Pleasant, the community’s 56 total home sites with lots ranging from .20 – .30 of an acre. However, unfortunately there are no amenities in the subdivision, so you may want to consider Oyster Point if amenities are something you’re interested in.
