The most affluent of what people would call American suburbia Mt Pleasant offers convenience coupled with eloquence. It’s the most expensive town to live in per capita income in the state of S.C. and a standard “nice” home starts about $350,000. The average temperature is 80 degrees with the hottest months being June – Sept as you can probably guess. Rarely does it get below 30 degrees and we even have days in the 70s during Jan and Feb.
