For example $500,000 on Kiawah will only get about 1000 sq ft, and one of the older properties, and most likely a condo and subsequently many prospective buyers looking for second homes are disappointed to discover this. So a lot of prospective buyers will find that buying a fractional ownership is a more viable option.
