Located on Sand Alley Rd, Kiawah Island – the otherwise known as “Beach Townhouses” were built in 1976 and were some of Kiawah Island’s first sweeping oceanfront properties for sale. Technically condos, these townhouse style beachfront properties are unique in that they have their own little gate and their own section of beach right outside the development.
