Center Park neighborhood is one of my personal favorites as far as the sub-sections of Daniel Island, and because of the two playgrounds that are in the large park. Right across from the school and the actual “Park”, are the townhomes located on Daniel Island Dr., and surrounding the actual park are the other townhouses that are brick exterior. Although different exterior designs, both are very nice, with great locations and quick access to the pool at Pierce Park. You may want to look for townhomes in Daniel Island Park side as well.
