There are a lot of waterfront condos for sale in Charleston SC, but Mt Pleasant surprisingly has some of the best ones in the entire area. Or maybe not surprisingly. Developments like The Tides, The Renaissance on Charleston Harbor both luxury mid-rise projects are very popular and highly desired given they are the only thing like it in most of Charleston. As far as Mount Pleasant waterfront condos are concerned those two are the best, but there is also Toler’s Cove, and Sawyer’s Landing as well.
