Condos in Charleston SC, and specifically with downtown are a great choice over a single family detached home because most of them come with parking whereas that isn’t necessarily the case with a house. Most of all the newer condos were built off the ground with designated parking spaces and a storage room in the garage. The only exception to this really is The Peoples Building and Fort Sumter House because both of those buildings are old commercial spaces from the early 1900s that were converted to residential condominiums. There are parking spaces, but they are limited and not very convenient.
